Paris - True or False

Never been to Paris and always wanted to go, but I'm hearing it's an absolute toilet, both figuratively and literally, with humans wasting in the street.
Besides the fact Paris is dirty, is the place still worth a visit to those who've been recently?
PS, from the videos, pictures and vlogs I've read, it makes my vote to leave the EU even more justified.

Paris is a great City full of culture, but most of it is not really authentic.
If you want to see their culture in its original setting, I'd recommend downtown Mogadishu or Khartoum.

Lisbon is a great place to visit in winter.
Been there in January, when it felt like late English summer, and August, when it felt like the inside of a sauna.
Much preferred the former.

I don't live in Romford, never have.
As for uncultured, seeing a bunch of African's roaming the street penniless, homeless, bored and the rubbish they leave everywhere makes me question whether its worth a visit you fucking flappy cunt.

Not toilet at all. Some of the best architecture in the world. Just don't stay in a cheap hotel near Gare Du Nord or Gare St Lazard. Well if a lot of Arabs and Blacks make you nervous.

The fact that Paris is no longer the No.1 city break says a lot. Add that to the view that French people think Parisians are twats and you should form a fairy sceptical view of the place.
With that said, it's still worth a visit.

Paris Syndrome is a well known mental disorder that affects female Japanese tourists who have built up a romantic image of Paris in their minds.
Upon arrival and finding it to be a bit of a 'trou de merde'
and that some French people are a bit, er, French in their ways and manners, these tourists break down and can't cope.
About 20 a year have to be rescued by the embassy.
